Refund & Fee Policy

1. Fee Structure & Installments

Course tuition fees are clearly published on our Course Catalog and individual program pages. Depending on the diploma or certification duration, students may elect to pay the complete fee upfront or follow an agreed installment schedule approved at the time of admission.

When applicable, the one-time admission registration fee covers student onboarding, ID card generation, and LMS portal provisioning.

2. Payment Methods & Receipts

Payments may be submitted directly at the campus admissions counter (via cash/bank slip) or through official college bank transfer channels.

Every transaction is confirmed with an official stamped receipt or an electronic confirmation entry logged within the student record. Always retain your payment receipt for fee status verification.

3. Refund Eligibility & Request Timelines

We understand that unforeseen personal or professional circumstances can occur. Our refund criteria are structured as follows:

• Prior to Batch Start Date: If a student notifies the admissions office in writing at least 48 hours before the first official class session, a full 100% refund of tuition fees will be issued (less any nominal non-refundable administrative registration fee).
• First Week / Initial Sessions: If a student withdraws within the first three calendar days of batch commencement, an 80% tuition fee refund is applicable upon return of any issued course materials.
• After Week One: Once a batch has progressed past the first week of classes, tuition fees become non-refundable, as lab seating, instructor allocation, and batch capacities are permanently locked.

4. Batch Transfer & Freezing Policy

Students who are temporarily unable to attend due to work schedules, exams, or medical reasons may submit a formal request to freeze their seat or transfer to an upcoming morning/evening batch without paying tuition fees again.

Batch transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the academic coordinator prior to missing more than 20% of course modules. Freezing is valid for up to 6 months from the date of approval.

5. Course Cancellation by the College

If a scheduled batch or workshop is cancelled or postponed indefinitely by Creative Computer College, enrolled students are entitled to an immediate 100% full refund of all amounts paid, or may choose priority transfer to an alternative course of their choice.
