1. Admission & Enrollment

Applicants must provide accurate and verifiable personal information during the admission or inquiry process. Course seat reservation is finalized upon payment of the registration fee and admission confirmation by our admissions office.

The college reserves the right to review prerequisites for advanced programs and recommend foundational modules where beneficial to ensure successful student outcomes.

2. Student Attendance & Academic Integrity

Consistent attendance is vital for mastering practical technical skills. Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance record of 80% throughout the course duration to qualify for final examination and official graduation certificates.

Plagiarism, copying project code or design submissions, or submitting work produced by others without attribution will lead to disciplinary review and may disqualify practical module assessments.

3. Computer Lab & Hardware Usage

Creative Computer College provides dedicated 1:1 computer workstations and licensed development tools. Students must use all lab equipment with reasonable care and strictly follow lab instructor guidelines.

Unauthorized software installation, modification of system configurations, network tampering, or using college workstations for unauthorized external activities is strictly prohibited.

4. Course Delivery & Batch Schedules

On-campus classes take place at our Raiwind facility, while live online lectures are conducted via real-time video conferencing (Zoom). While every effort is made to maintain published batch timings, the college reserves the right to adjust schedules or merge batches in unforeseen circumstances with advance notice to affected students.

Classes falling on official public holidays will be rescheduled or covered through makeup sessions coordinated by the instructor.

5. Certificates & Online Verification

Official diplomas and completion certificates are awarded to students who fulfill attendance, coursework, practical lab, and evaluation criteria. Each issued credential contains a secure verification ID and QR code that can be publicly verified at our Certificate Verification Portal.

Certificates will not be released to accounts with outstanding tuition fee balances or incomplete project submissions.

6. Intellectual Property & Study Materials

All course syllabus documents, lecture recordings, exercise files, and instructional materials provided by the college are for the student’s personal educational use. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial resale without written permission from Creative Computer College is prohibited.
